About

“I had not intended to love him; the reader knows I had wrought hard to extirpate from my soul the germs of love there detected; and now, at the first renewed view of him, they spontaneously revived, great and strong! He made me love him without looking at me.

Charlotte Brontë, Jane Eyre

This blog is not only about the “object of affection” (Park Yoochun), but the “giver of affection” (Chunsa) as well. I have read many interesting stories about journeys taken, lives touched, inspiration gleaned, all because of a man called Park Yoochun.  These are stories of citizens and netizens from different parts of the world who may have different culture, background, age, religion and education but has come to share a common love and admiration for one man, and now call themselves Chunsa. Each has a life unrelated to this man, but each has a page or two in their lives dedicated and reserved just for him. These are our stories.

  1. I look forward to reading more stories from Chunsas from all over the world. And hopefully we can commiserate here the next 2 years while waiting for Yu Chun to return from serving his nation.

How did Charlotte Bronte know she was speaking for Chunsas , nearly 170 years later?

    1. Yes, I hope Chunsas would share their stories of how Yoochun “made them love him without looking at them.”
